TerraVerde is the artificial-grass arm of a long-established Ningbo manufacturer — established 2007, exporting to 50+ markets. We chose to specialise.
Rather than offer turf as one product line among many, we built a dedicated focus around landscaping, sports, pet and event-grade synthetic grass — yarn engineering, density tuning, weather testing.
The result is a catalogue with depth, not breadth: three calibrated series (Essential / Performance / Luxury), every grade calibrated to a real installation use-case rather than a price point.

From PE pellet to finished roll —

TerraVerde controls the full process from yarn extrusion through tufting, coating and QC — the steps where quality is actually decided.
High-grade PE monofilament and PP curled thatch — blade profiles include M, V, U, W and C-shape. Yarn shape is the difference between a turf that springs back and one that lies flat after a season.
Stitch density and gauge are spec'd to application — landscape, sports, pet, event. Dual-layer woven PP primary backing with SBR latex or PU coating for the tuft-bind your project demands.
In-house UV chamber, Lisport abrasion testing, EN 71-3 heavy-metal testing for child-safe play surfaces. Every batch documented; certificates ship with the goods.
